Union Coop were looking to get going with their own loyalty programme. They were looking to enhance the customer experience and using it to drive their growth themselves. Through seamless integration with Lobyco’s back-end loyalty and engagement tools, Union Coop now delivers a transparent, dynamic, and rewarding customer journey—one that increases in-store visits and basket size, while giving Union Coop better insight into shopper behavior.
