First Interview

You’ll have a first conversation with your hiring manager to dig deeper into your skills, motivation, experience and interests, usually through a mix of cases, practical examples and discussions. It's also a chance for you to ask any questions about Lobyco

Personality & Reasoning Test

We use OPTO to get to know you on a deeper level, understand your motivations and if you’re a good fit for the role

Second Interview

We explore your OPTO test and assess the fit between you and Lobyco on a personal/cultural level. Also a chance to meet members of the wider team and answer any last minute questions
