Support solutions that are a natural part of everyday life for your family and friends

You will be part of the support and operations team that delivers Service, Support, Application Maintenance, DevOps tasks and User Management to external and internal customers.

You can be part of the team and support the solutions that are used by your whole family every day. Your primary tasks will be to:

  • Attend daily standup
  • Answering calls and tickets from internal and external customers. And solve or dispatch these.
  • Ensure that all customer queries or requests are logged, managed, followed up, and closed as per the internal and customer-specific SLA’s.
  • Solving Operational, DevOps and Application Maintenance tasks in Azure environment.
  • Solving Access Management tasks within O365 and Azure environment.
  • Handling Incidents
  • Perform a thorough analysis of tickets before escalating to level
  • Preparing SLA reports.
  • Improving, and documenting ITIL processes
  • Provide feedback to Product Teams on support trends, issues, and any item impacting customer satisfaction.

2+ years’ experience from support or Application Maintenance

To succeed in Lobyco you will need a positive and open minded, collaborative mindset. We are a TEAM. As part of this, it’s must be natural to you to “say what you do, and do as you say”. If you have a problem, you raise the flag in due time, and together we find a solution. However, as Support Engineer, you must be able to plan, prioritise and multi-task during high-stress situations as well. Additionally, your CV comprises:

  • 2+ years of experience within support and/or Application Maintenance
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience within ITIL processes
  • Experience with working on tickets in an ITSM system
  • Motivation for working in a distributed setup
  • Very good English skills, written and spoken
  • Service minded approach
